Talib is in the Warehourse 2 of F-6 where you see a conversation between Cornelia and Talib. When the conversation ends trade to Talib a zinc ore. Then Talib will give you Palborough Mines Logs in return which you need to take to Parraggoh in Bastok Mines. Paraggoh will then give you the Bronze Knife.
