Ronan is upset by your previous act for his son. Now with the shell he will not come out and he will not talk to anyone either. Speaking with Mine Konte and Hanana in the Port Bastok say that they know of some bugs that make Quadav shell's itchy. They are Shell Bugs, find 3 of them at the Auction House or Copper and Old Quadavs and give them to Ronan. He will give you a monk's headgear as your reward.
