Agapita is standing near the Airship Agency looking for someone to help him. He is a little puzzled by this riddle he was given which goes something like this, "Under a full moon, towards the Starss of Ifrit, a bird delivers a letter to the ships in the sky." You have to understand the riddle to know what to do. It means you need to wait until a full moon, 90% and between the time of 18:00-4:00 and get on airship that is going between San d'Oria and Jeuno, either direction will work. There will be a ??? that appears during this time, you will receive the Carrier Pigeon Letter. Take is back to Agapita and he will give you 2100 Gil.
