Juroro has awakened the Earth Elemental where Titan Prime lives and beat the Tarutaru up. Juroro wonders what would happen if someone strong were to beat Titan. He asks you for go and fight him. Get a party of 6 together at least lvl 60, it is really easy for a couple of 75s.

Travel to Quicksands Caves in which you will find the Cloister of Tremors. In the Cloister of Tremors you'll find a large crystal, examine it when your party is ready and enter. Things to remember, do not fight on Earthday, and use Barstone. Around the 50% HP left, Titan Prime will do his 2hr, so mages stay away until the 2hr is used, then let everything loose.

When you beat Titan, you will receive a Whisper of Tremor in your key items, return back to Juroro in Bastok and you will get a cutscene where you speak to Titan. He askes you want you want from him and he will grant it. There is a list of items, including money and the ability to summon him on the list.

Also to note, there is a lv 20 solo version of Titan, with a Mini Tuning Fork of Earth, this is not it. It also does not require as much fame.
